Our group is interested in protein engineering and design to develop novel therapeutics, drug delivery,  biosensing, and biocatalysis tools and products. We use both rational and combinatorial protein engineering techniques to create new bioengineering tools and develop designer protein scaffolds and smart protein assemblies with applications in biomedical, biomaterial,  bioimaging, and bioenergy.
